AS or BS Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred or equivalent experience required. Must be proficient in Excel and other Microsoft products. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong organizational and analytical skills needed. General job duties include assisting in the preparation and review of monthly financial statements Analyze and review department budgets and monitor trends and forecasting Collecting and organizing financial information for third party audits and other annual filings Develop and assist in maintaining an accurate cost accounting system Completing various reporting requirements for other hospital departments.

Phlebotomist

Every other Weekend required.
Weekend backup (approximately every 6 weeks) plus approximately 2 holidays per year.
Previous phlebotomy experience in a hospital setting is preferred. ASCP certification preferred but not required. Good verbal and written communication skills are essential. Familiarity with medical terminology is helpful. Basic computer skills preferred


Phlebotomist

This position will work: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday
Every other Weekend required.
Prefer candidate with phlebotomy experience.

RN Behavioral Health

.5 FTE (40 hrs/pp)
The schedule for this position is week one: Friday 1st shift, Saturday and Sunday 2nd shift. Week two: Thursday 11:00am to 3:15pm and Friday 11am to 11:00pm

Behavioral Health experience helpful but not required.
Critical thinking skills, self motivated, empathetic and able to set boundaries. An understanding of addiction issues is helpful.




RN Behavioral Health

2:45 p - 11:15 p
Every other weekend required.
Indiana RN license required.
Self motivated and able to prioritize. Person for this position must be able to work with others as a team. Prefer a person who is able to handle a busy department. Empathy is a must. Behavioral Health experience is not necessary as long as you are willing to learn and grow in the area of mental health. Must show compassion with patients but be able to set boundaries.




RN Medical/Surgical Unit

.75 FTE (60 hours per pay period)

Every 4th weekend required.
Current Indiana RN license required.
Under the general supervision of the Med/Surg Manager, renders professional nursing care in accordance with physician's treatment plans and standards of evidence based practice/care. In doing so, assesses patient's condition, plans patient care, administers prescribed drugs, provides treatments, provides appropriate patient education, and evaluates patient's progress, records pertinent observations and report responses to drugs and treatments. BLS, ACLS, PALS preferred and required within 6 mos of hire.

The CNA is responsible for charting in the patient’s medical record care provided. The CNA is responsible for assisting and serving patients in a manner conducive to their safety and comfort.
Critical Thinking Skills Required: Requires the analytical skills necessary for decision making and judgment in assessing, planning, implementing, monitoring and documenting patient care. Requires the ability to follow established patient care policies and procedures associated with patient care and to recognize where changes need to be made in order to increase the cost effectiveness and the quality and service provided to the patient.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, or Licensed Marriage Family Therapist. Recommended in addition, Licensed Addictions counselor or equivalent. A minimum of 2-3 years experience in mental health and addictions treatment. Able to adapt to change, time management and organizational skills, open to meeting the client's needs and expanding services provided, emphasis on team work, ability to communicate opening and effectively, empathy to clientele, and ability to perform individual, group, and family therapy


Respiratory Therapist - PRN

Indiana Respiratory Therapist License required.
At least 5 years experience in the hospital setting as a Registered Respiratory Therapist. Willing to pick up days or nights. Flexible working schedule with knowledge of Medical/Surgical floor care and ICU acute care. Out patient care (EKGs, PFTs, Holter Monitors, Event Monitors) is a plus but not necessary.
