Jack Chen, M.D.

Dr. Chen enjoys spending time with family; traveling; trying all sorts of foods and cuisines; having good discussions regarding faith, philosophy, history, politics, etc. and rooting for his hometown San Antonio Spurs and alma mater Baylor Bears. If time permits, he also enjoys playing basketball, ping-pong, board games and video games.

Dr. Chen is committed to providing excellent care to all patients by treating them as he would want his family to be treated. He strives to practice evidence-based medicine while aiming to share decision making with the patient and their loved ones without neglecting social situation and faith/spirituality.

Dr. Chen currently works in the Emergency Department with a strong background working with minority and low-income populations. He also has an interest in obesity medicine.
