Pediatric Therapy
From infants to young adults, Adams Memorial Hospital’s pediatric rehabilitation services address every area of your child’s development – physical, emotional, social and language. Through interactive play and one-on-one training, we help your child reach his or her potential. Each activity is fun and engaging, and treatment is designed to motivate children to work hard and grow stronger.
Pediatric Sports Medicine
If your child or teen has an injury or illness affecting sports performance, exercise or activity, our sports medicine specialists have the expertise and qualifications to treat their specific problem.
We designed our athletic training and sports performance program to meet the needs of growing children. In growing children, injuries and medical problems in the bones, muscles, ligaments, tendons and joints (i.e., musculoskeletal conditions) often differ from conditions more commonly seen in older patients. Special training and experience in pediatric sports medicine allow these specialists to appropriately treat the unique sports-related medical needs of children and teens.
Our Patient-Centered Commitment
Our goal is for the children in our care to grow up healthy and strong. By partnering with parents and families and providing care that is tailored to their individual needs, we do all we can to ensure their healthy futures.
Services
We offer routine services including well-child exams and vaccinations as well as walk-in care for children who are sick. We also have experience and expertise in treating a wide variety of serious and life-threatening health conditions.
