Board Certified Urologist and Board Certified Surgeons will be on-site providing:
- Free Urinary Incontinence Screening and Prostate Questionnaire
- Free Hernia and Skin Cancer Screenings + Colon Cancer/Cologuard Kit Information
PSA Screen and Hemoglobin A1C will be available for just $25.00 and you may schedule a Heart Scan as well.
