Annette became part of Adams Health Network in August of 2022 as Certified Nurse Midwife. Outside of work, Annette enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 sons. She enjoys reading and canning home grown produce. Annette strives to live a healthy and environmentally responsible lifestyle.

Annette received her undergraduate nursing degrees from the University of Saint Francis and her Master’s degree from Frontier Nursing University. Her midwifery clinicals were with the Parkview Midwives Group in Fort Wayne, IN at Parkview Regional Medical Center.
