Catch Your Breath…While You Dash for Diabetes 5K Run/Walk
September 14 @ 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
Come join us for a 5K Run/Walk! The event will be conducted by the Worthman Fitness Center and the Diabetes Education Team of Adams Memorial Hospital in cooperation with the Adams County Parks and Recreation Department. The race will be chip-timed so participants will receive official finishing times quickly and efficiently.
Registration/packet pick-up will begin at Adams Memorial Hospital under the Strickler Cancer Institute terrace at 8:30am and the 5K will start at 9:00am. Awards will be presented immediately following the 5K completion, and post-race snacks will be available for all participants.

Cost:
A pre-registration fee of $20 will be accepted through Friday, September 2nd with an event shirt included.
Following September 2nd, entry fees including race day registration will be $25.
A $10 no-shirt entry fee is also available.
