Dr. Souleye enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He absolutely loves to travel. He has been to 48 different countries and every continent except Antarctica, which is next on his list. One of his favorite hobbies besides packing the car and driving to new horizons is boating and fishing with his family, and trying out new restaurants. He is fluent in French, Hausa and Djerma.

Patient-Centered Care

He believes in treating every patient the same way he would like himself and his loved ones to be treated. It is his belief that every patient regardless of their background or their socioeconomic status is treated with dignity, respect and compassion. His goal is to partner with companies to protect their workforce/productivity by keeping them healthy and safe while working.

Clinical Expertise

Dr. Souleye is the Medical Director of Corporate Medical Services. His clinical expertise includes Lifestyle Medicine, which focuses on lifestyle interventions and modifications to treat chronic diseases such as obesity, weight management, and cardiovascular diseases amongst many others. He also has a great understanding of OSHA rules and regulations, which helps him assist employers and employees with return-to-work assessments after an injury or personal medical issues. Using his knowledge and training to return injured employees back to work sooner, he develops strategies to prevent subsequent injuries, keeping employees at work and healthy, which in return protects productivity and the overall financial well-being of companies. He also assists in developing hearing conservation programs, federal and non-federal drug tests reviews, Department of Transportation Examinations, and G1 Police and NFPA firefighters’ examinations.
